Power Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Power Electronics and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Power Electronics include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Electronics if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Electronics repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Printronix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pmc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Printronix such as the 101200901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AGP3300U1D24 manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 030079104 by Manufacturer Pmc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Printronix Brand 106599001AK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Premisys such as 8905 equipment made by Premisys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Premisys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Premisys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C0751AS4CH000NNNN made by Powertec as well as the popular PDA100co original spares produced by Precision-Devices
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 358040402 by Proface and 8905 spares by Premisys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 700375OLD21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
