Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Potter T9AS5D12-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cooper products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Technipower product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cooper such as the 927255 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RC803AHP1 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D1058281 by Manufacturer Technipower as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Westinghouse Brand AA42PAA43P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Banner such as 32182 equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A104D12X3 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular 1G2E0 original spares produced by Warrick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1978517 by Westinghouse and 32182 spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 46371500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robicon.
