We service and repair Polyspede FSC-500 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Polyspede FSC-500 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FSC-500 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our FSC-500 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-face such as the GP77REG4124 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 09610382 manufactured by Poweramp and we are pleased to be able to service most Poweramp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCA2203011 by Manufacturer Precise as well.

Spare units by Positrol such as PC260B equipment made by Positrol have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
