Pilz Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pilz PZA and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pilz PZA include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PZA if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PZA repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Polymotor-Genova products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-Mate parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Power-Pac product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Polymotor-Genova such as the FAS1040026000001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UNI30H manufactured by Power-Mate and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-Mate systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VME1003AM161 by Manufacturer Power-Pac as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Potter Brand CB1012F70 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Polycom such as 221566627001 equipment made by Polycom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Polycom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Polycom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2BRSQ114HN made by Power-Components as well as the popular 1606XL1606XL240E original spares produced by Allen-Bradley
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1073800 by Pks-digiplan and 221566627001 spares by Polycom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
