Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pilz PAI-1NKS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pratt--Whitney products, including obsoleted and phased-out Process-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Powerstat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pratt--Whitney such as the 282686HD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 751017 manufactured by Process-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Process-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BP124201 by Manufacturer Powerstat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Poweramp Brand 06150037 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pro-face such as 328003602 equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F103 made by Pressure-Controls as well as the popular 60302 original spares produced by Polyscience

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FLT10 by Progressive-Automations and 328003602 spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
