Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific 3000453 PM-250/255 PM250 PM-250 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toyopuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ra-Jones product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyopuc such as the THC5169 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PSR2560070 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 148213 by Manufacturer Ra-Jones as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rabbit-Net Brand 07P0806A1007P0806AAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as QC2KDA equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Q74220IERD made by Toshiba as well as the popular 1000620401 original spares produced by Racon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB0901 by Qualitrol and QC2KDA spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PST96024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Altech-Corp.
