Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hi-t-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out A-16393 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hitachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hi-t-Drive such as the RS1450P50B03003PXS010W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARW170VCL4T40 manufactured by A-16393 and we are pleased to be able to service most A-16393 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMU641A87L0001001512I by Manufacturer Hitachi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hitachi Brand YTR48BH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hirschmann such as OZD485G12 equipment made by Hirschmann have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HT25 by Hitachi and OZD485G12 spares by Hirschmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
