Order Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Order LST and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDNDN1 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Spare units by Pro-face such as FNXY16SK41 equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JCS33ASM by Shinko and FNXY16SK41 spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
