Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ophir L30C-UA-RS232-YV-ROHS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Optosafe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Optosafe such as the p4124b spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XLV31K5PA7B manufactured by Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGSE90021 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Phoenix-Contact Brand IBSST24BKRBT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sensotec such as 4105720104 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASGE made by Sick as well as the popular 115100410062 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051CG4A2 by Rosemount and 4105720104 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C1PSL8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensopart.
