Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AP1046 manufactured by Validyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Validyne systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Valcom Brand VPRQ35MP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Valmet such as A41317105 equipment made by Valmet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valmet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valmet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RC301 made by Vcs as well as the popular 931957 original spares produced by Vee-Arc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMT3601A12BCA2B4BA5A10 by Vaisala and A41317105 spares by Valmet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 744386211 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Veeder-Root.
