Microbit Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Microbit TCM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Microbit TCM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TCM if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC00005502 manufactured by Microtrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Microtrol systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Minco Brand CT15121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Milltronics such as 95011110 equipment made by Milltronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Milltronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Milltronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WKLR22D78582 made by Middex as well as the popular 103SR13A2 original spares produced by Microswitch
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40081132HBC by Minster and 95011110 spares by Milltronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
