Meco Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Meco BP-I and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Meco BP-I include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BP-I if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BP-I repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Medar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mennekes parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Medar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Medar such as the S9004927A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ME430MI7 manufactured by Mennekes and we are pleased to be able to service most Mennekes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 514C by Manufacturer Medar as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mettler Brand M700XSVPW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as MSFEC26100 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5477b002 made by Metrix as well as the popular EDS408AMMSC original spares produced by Metso-Automation
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the REXB900CS313C18001 by Meiki and MSFEC26100 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5002600008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Meggitt.
