Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitshubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nord product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the 02XF56C05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMLJ manufactured by Mitshubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitshubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9382AZGBF by Manufacturer Nord as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Megadyne Brand 1800GLD8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mc-Gill such as CFLE2SB equipment made by Mc-Gill have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mc-Gill products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mc-Gill" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 81521 made by Morse as well as the popular 133666 original spares produced by New-Flyer-Parts
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPF900 by Murakami and CFLE2SB spares by Mc-Gill are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 928800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nexen.
