Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Master Power Transmission 784749001LP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matsuhita-National products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maysteel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metrix product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsuhita-National such as the V461T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSGC0020 manufactured by Maysteel and we are pleased to be able to service most Maysteel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST5484E by Manufacturer Metrix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mesa Brand 301631001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Meiden such as UA205 equipment made by Meiden have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Meiden products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Meiden" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC5514 made by Mc as well as the popular GT300 original spares produced by Matrox

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ID30Elobox2 by Mettler-Toledo and UA205 spares by Meiden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Es100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micos.
