Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pcb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Microscan product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the CMF300M355NRAUEZZZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 302B08 manufactured by Pcb and we are pleased to be able to service most Pcb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FIS089000 by Manufacturer Microscan as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Omron Brand F3WD052DD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pall such as 10UF3260 equipment made by Pall have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pall products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pall" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 29390 made by Pepperl as well as the popular F3SJA0905P20L original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HPV2230A by Festo and 10UF3260 spares by Pall are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MLPASC1100SS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Net.
