Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metalrota-Srl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marposs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Md-Totco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metalrota-Srl such as the 110X80 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E5N manufactured by Marposs and we are pleased to be able to service most Marposs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1955030 by Manufacturer Md-Totco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Marposs Brand E9066 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mecc such as DEF11DR equipment made by Mecc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mecc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mecc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VK30 made by Menziken as well as the popular PT9420 original spares produced by Measurement
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSA1A300A3010 by Meiki and DEF11DR spares by Mecc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
