Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ltx 865-7263-03, 858-0877-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nanometrics products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nanometrics such as the 82000142RevB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 185E04 manufactured by National-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE51073420 by Manufacturer Namco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nachi Brand BUXL111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nanotec such as SMC44OK242 equipment made by Nanotec have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available VDR1A1A3Q116124A made by Nachi as well as the popular PXI5404 original spares produced by National-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N1A80012A by Nachi and SMC44OK242 spares by Nanotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NI9205 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer National-Instruments.
