Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love Joy SAGA #22 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued M--Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Machine-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader M--Engineering such as the 2NB35005B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA72004001N1 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 90651 by Manufacturer Machine-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Magnet Brand KLMSB40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ma2 such as MA2 equipment made by Ma2 have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M484204 by Gould and MA2 spares by Ma2 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 622455 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Haas.
