Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Martek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mahr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-Motion product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Martek such as the 18027 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EAS2104W3 manufactured by Mahr and we are pleased to be able to service most Mahr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MODELD40SSS by Manufacturer Micro-Motion as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Motion-Control-Devices Brand 7151101003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as BBS2 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 85166 made by Miller as well as the popular CMF100M328NC original spares produced by Micro-Motion
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PK24305V by Minarik and BBS2 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
