Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lucas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magmotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Magnetek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lucas such as the PE42320F08105 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 730340068 manufactured by Magmotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Magmotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R2864D1 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Lutze Brand NGP24202736 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lenze such as LZ115B equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 81811601 by Magnetek and LZ115B spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
