Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acromag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Access-Solutions parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Actus product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acromag such as the 1582921 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTU200 manufactured by Access-Solutions and we are pleased to be able to service most Access-Solutions systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7230102 by Manufacturer Actus as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Acromag Brand 16EI20I201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ac-Tech such as M14500B equipment made by Ac-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ac-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ac-Tech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M1205C made by Ac-Tech as well as the popular TF250 original spares produced by Ac-Tech
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30265100 by Active-Power and M14500B spares by Ac-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
