Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leeds & Northrup 63908 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schweitzer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Woodward product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 0528083 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEL311L0311L0JCC425651XX manufactured by Schweitzer and we are pleased to be able to service most Schweitzer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8272286 by Manufacturer Woodward as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schweitzer Brand 0749M01A500X0X00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moore such as 14475335OK equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ARD52012 made by Nais as well as the popular 129324001 original spares produced by Lucas-Ledex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11HSX327 by Magnecraft and 14475335OK spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60177 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Relay-Dresser.
