Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kontron CPXA-10A-4AMCD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Delta product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRA74075KCHT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HM180100A2P manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DOPA10TCTD by Manufacturer Delta as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Total-Control Brand HMI10102C2P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nwl such as G20805B equipment made by Nwl have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FortressLT made by Afe as well as the popular D840MPM original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPC604B126000K07 by Br and G20805B spares by Nwl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
