Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Klay Instruments 8000-SAN-CA(3m)-B-X35G1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lam-Research products, including obsoleted and phased-out Labnet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lam-Research product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lam-Research such as the 853540066009C173 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D0420 manufactured by Labnet and we are pleased to be able to service most Labnet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 810800082201 by Manufacturer Lam-Research as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has K-tron Brand 25153 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kosmek such as LC0902SD equipment made by Kosmek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kosmek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kosmek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTM15DK2 made by Komori as well as the popular KABT original spares produced by Kuhse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C781662 by Kollmorgen and LC0902SD spares by Kosmek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GA5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kongsberg.
