Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kodiak such as the KC311DPV2CJLT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the bme11001000aax1 manufactured by Kulite and we are pleased to be able to service most Kulite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT2H12 by Manufacturer Keyence as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Keyence Brand PZG41CN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Killark such as SPH25140A equipment made by Killark have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCU10E by Lundahl-Instruments and SPH25140A spares by Killark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Mayr0550015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mayr.
