Jodon Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Jodon XYT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Jodon XYT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XYT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XYT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Juniper product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the NUNCM350701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A36HA52 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRX1K3KNP2XGESFP by Manufacturer Juniper as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Johnson-Controls Brand D32462D32462 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Haas such as 4023RRevB equipment made by Haas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Haas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Haas" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B47037 by John-Crane and 4023RRevB spares by Haas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
