Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Intercon CP3A-1MPB-0140-AAB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intest products, including obsoleted and phased-out Invert parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intersan product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intest such as the 993075 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5927202WA00WDA71SJ manufactured by Invert and we are pleased to be able to service most Invert systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CUZS500B549 by Manufacturer Intersan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Invensys Brand N0810ZBKF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ird such as 15377 equipment made by Ird have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ird products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ird" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T2480A114506 made by Intermec as well as the popular STD4000E original spares produced by Interim

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P0960HA by Foxboro and 15377 spares by Ird are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 225F10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ircon.
