Our services for the Inrad AUTOTRACKER include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AUTOTRACKER if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Interroll products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joslyn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 John-Crane product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Interroll such as the 113i spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HP10U03 manufactured by Joslyn and we are pleased to be able to service most Joslyn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AB515 by Manufacturer John-Crane as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Jena-Tec Brand 21655 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ipg such as P30001226 equipment made by Ipg have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5641D by Ite and P30001226 spares by Ipg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
