Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hydro Gear BOU-10L-211 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Demag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Demag such as the ANR84269400ASN00301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BL80E20 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A350B060N000K1 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Reuland Brand B472300046C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pentair such as AE100G5LT equipment made by Pentair have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available B100OD211KG made by Omron as well as the popular AU6550N2041 original spares produced by Tamagawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A16B2100017002A by Fanuc and AE100G5LT spares by Pentair are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
