Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hitech PWS1711-CTN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the T775M2030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS600 manufactured by Micromotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XU2M18MB230K by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Vartech Brand VT084XA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as QPI11100S2P equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSQC661 by Abb and QPI11100S2P spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
