Harmo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Harmo PC-II and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Harmo PC-II include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PC-II if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PC-II repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Battle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Saia product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Battle such as the SB1800PMRT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QSK2D100S2P manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SAIAPCD7D202 by Manufacturer Saia as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Iss.1 Brand QAO074600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telesis such as TMM4200 equipment made by Telesis have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPC66TE2BE by Advantech and TMM4200 spares by Telesis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
