We service and repair Glo-quartz D-400 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Glo-quartz D-400 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the D-400 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our D-400 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gmr such as the OGP2883101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 243729 manufactured by Graco and we are pleased to be able to service most Graco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EL772452 by Manufacturer Gettys as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Gould Brand A550X150E1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gonnheimer such as SE211 equipment made by Gonnheimer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gonnheimer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gonnheimer" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1B103135 by Goss and SE211 spares by Gonnheimer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
