Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 572-03642-03R3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flexmate products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowmetrics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fluke product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flexmate such as the 3STR3D0012G0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 923 manufactured by Flowmetrics and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowmetrics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T40LT30SF04 by Manufacturer Fluke as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Forney Brand 312A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Forney such as AFSVS03B equipment made by Forney have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Forney products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Forney" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2ATCSS made by Foxboro as well as the popular UR2015AP21 original spares produced by Fluvatest-Hosco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 89407089 by Warner and AFSVS03B spares by Forney are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3A2I20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
