Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gates P90-14M-170 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stearns products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew-eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stearns such as the STE235056101ANL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RB30040UUCC0EG manufactured by Thk and we are pleased to be able to service most Thk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SF47D16DT71D4 by Manufacturer Sew-eurodrive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sew Brand SA80LP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Apex such as PE090003 equipment made by Apex have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK90321AX by Nord and PE090003 spares by Apex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
