Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Flo-tork A500-94-AB-ET-MSI-RKH-N parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out G.e. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fluidics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the MCG411K1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F022 manufactured by G.e. and we are pleased to be able to service most G.e. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2001021 by Manufacturer Fluidics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Focus Brand 8754 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flowserve such as 475B191X2 equipment made by Flowserve have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flowserve products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flowserve" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MK3 made by Flowserve-Durco as well as the popular Phantom original spares produced by Fortress

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 28589U by Foxboro and 475B191X2 spares by Flowserve are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
