Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Encore 1001E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Environment-One products, including obsoleted and phased-out Epson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Engel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Environment-One such as the HD0016G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKP3305SKP3305Motherboard manufactured by Epson and we are pleased to be able to service most Epson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TypGNM3150GP482IG75 by Manufacturer Engel as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EGAL125F20 by Entran-Devices and TG24V3A480 spares by Erea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
