Elmo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Elmo DUE and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Elmo DUE include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DUE if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DUE repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Enercon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endevco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 End-Armaturen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Enercon such as the LM418601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 703A200 manufactured by Endevco and we are pleased to be able to service most Endevco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE620552 by Manufacturer End-Armaturen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Emerson Brand 403112150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by El-o-matic such as 30032511 equipment made by El-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire El-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "El-o-matic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FTC262AB42B2 made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular 96008601 original spares produced by Emerson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MD25DO360 by Encoder and 30032511 spares by El-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SV41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ergotron.
