Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eg&g Optoelectronics 302-3001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electo-Cam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elrest parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electo-Cam such as the PS425611DDR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P150 manufactured by Elrest and we are pleased to be able to service most Elrest systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLS50A1B1 by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Emerson Brand 1151GP7E22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eim such as CMST0103480 equipment made by Eim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eim" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 41B5215X102 made by Emerson as well as the popular FUV original spares produced by Eltex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Endruss by Endress-Hauser and CMST0103480 spares by Eim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ED620552 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer End-armaturen.
