Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Instron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Isi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kenlab product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Instron such as the A21712 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 18M114 manufactured by Isi and we are pleased to be able to service most Isi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KS4x4 by Manufacturer Kenlab as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Magnetrol Brand C291B20MBE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kyowa such as LUB20KB equipment made by Kyowa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kyowa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kyowa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IGSU14B6 made by Leuze as well as the popular 0908067 original spares produced by Kuroda
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DB18UP125 by Leuze and LUB20KB spares by Kyowa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
