Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electronic-Specialty products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electromatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electronic-Specialty such as the 68DA3000A1T1K7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N862 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ135 by Manufacturer Electromatic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Electromatic Brand SP149220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 12CFVB11A3A equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GFL825T2 made by Ite as well as the popular EC300810ADO original spares produced by Electro-Cam
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HID32 by General-Electric and 12CFVB11A3A spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
