Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the E. Dold & Sohne BD5936.17 AC50/60HZ 230V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eagle-Signal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eagle-Signal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eagle-Signal such as the CT540A601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 13161002 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QC1004634HP54A616 by Manufacturer Eagle-Signal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Erhardt--Leimer Brand EB10020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as 9202ETSHN3 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E57LAL30T111SDE1 by Cutler-Hammer and 9202ETSHN3 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
