Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dodge P2B-SCM-203-HT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fsq product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the RF73240AFB7J spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S37DT71C45044953 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SAF524 by Manufacturer Fsq as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA057271 by Sumitomo and RNU1245C2NAP5 spares by Ntn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA104230 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo.
