Del-tron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Del-tron 451X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Del-tron 451X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 451X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 451X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Digital such as the 501677901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1151GP5S22B3D2L4M1 manufactured by Fisher-Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher-Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS6556B by Manufacturer Denso as well.

Spare units by Dial-x such as FC902 equipment made by Dial-x have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KT802 by Dickson and FC902 spares by Dial-x are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
