Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Crouse-hinds EXDS301A/24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Infosight product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the HDS052W300NHS2301FW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDSBSPH300 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LL1000RU by Manufacturer Infosight as well.

Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as IC693CPU351 equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K10C20L1 by Allen-bradley and IC693CPU351 spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC693APU302 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc.
