Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intelligent product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the ASD36BK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVF8201E manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IM483LV1 by Manufacturer Intelligent as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kb Brand KBLC240DS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by De-tec-tronic such as 365P2301C equipment made by De-tec-tronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire De-tec-tronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "De-tec-tronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PMC2 made by Elau as well as the popular BG65X50SI original spares produced by Dunkermotoren
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FRF52015K by Mitsubishi and 365P2301C spares by De-tec-tronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
