Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Crane UTA-102-3-USA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Iko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cross-Brake-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Iko such as the CRWG3125 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2500R11A manufactured by Cti and we are pleased to be able to service most Cti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS003751 by Manufacturer Cross-Brake-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Custom-Servo Brand MPA10124 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crosfield such as 7607000002 equipment made by Crosfield have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crosfield products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crosfield" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 942672 made by Curtis as well as the popular 918813 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9115H203K by Cutler-Hammer and 7607000002 spares by Crosfield are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T40P33B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cti.
