Copley Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Copley XTL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Copley XTL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XTL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XTL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crane-Commander products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cyber-Research parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cybertech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crane-Commander such as the CC47 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G15XT manufactured by Cyber-Research and we are pleased to be able to service most Cyber-Research systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 922P by Manufacturer Cybertech as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Danaher Brand HA5250360053129 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as HMCP400X5Z15 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HZ72A6 made by Danaher as well as the popular MPA15SS original spares produced by Custom-Servo-Motors
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10250H364B by Cutler-Hammer and HMCP400X5Z15 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
