Comau Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Comau DPS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Comau DPS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DPS if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cosmo-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Comp-act parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Contraves product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cosmo-Instrument such as the LS1840M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0221111120 manufactured by Comp-act and we are pleased to be able to service most Comp-act systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A273 by Manufacturer Contraves as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Concentric Brand LACT121000B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control such as M40005500030A10101AB100 equipment made by Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PA400102G made by Copal as well as the popular MGE4120CONS0000 original spares produced by Control
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
