We service and repair Cognex ISM1100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Cognex ISM1100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ISM1100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ISM1100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Edwards products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foxboro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 General product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Edwards such as the 600AB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 761CNAAT manufactured by Foxboro and we are pleased to be able to service most Foxboro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMY35 by Manufacturer General as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dungs Brand 216633 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electromatic such as DP10GE equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KD2A by Cosmos and DP10GE spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
