Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the AX9045s spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the I7905M7350 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STGM by Manufacturer Ckd as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand 821100932R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chi-Mei such as Chi equipment made by Chi-Mei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chi-Mei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chi-Mei" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M4GB120RC6T6G1WHD83 made by Ckd as well as the popular CUWIN4300A original spares produced by Comfile-Technology
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LFX2200IR850 by Cognex and Chi spares by Chi-Mei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
